Submitting a return & refund.

 How to submit a return & refund? Please contact ROOGS Customer support via info@ROOGS.nl with your name and order number.

We will provide a full refund or exchange, within 14 days of receipt via bank transfer, paypal transfer or credit card transfer, for any ROOGS product which you are not satisfied with.
We do not refund postage costs. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

The return shipment is for your own costs, ROOGS is not responsible for any return item lost in transit. We highly recommend using a shipping carrier that provides insurance and tracking.
