Shipping Information

All orders are shipped within 2 work days from ROOGS' Warehouse in The Netherlands. We work together with PostNL for worldwide shipping. All shipments are insured. Signatures are required to accept packages.

COVID-19 & Shipment Update:

With the current situation regarding COVID-19 and the busiest months of the year for carriers, we notice more delays than usual. 

  • Please note, due to holiday and covid-19 delays it may take up to 7 business days to arrive. We'll let you know if this is the case.

Netherlands - Belgium

We offer FREE shipping. Thanks to PostNL we are able to deliver within 2 days under normal circumstances. In December there can be slight delay but usually no more than 1 extra workday.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide and offer a flat fee shipping fee of 19.95. If you can not find your country in the shipping options please contact us (info@roogs.nl)

USA Shipping

We ship to the USA and offer a flat fee shipping fee of € 15.00

Shipping Costs

    • All orders within Europe we offer Free Shipping.
    • All orders outside of Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of € 19,95.
    • All USA orders we charge a flat shipping fee of € 15,00

Additional Costs (Taxes, Duties & other import Fees)

All international buyers, outside the EU, are responsible for all taxes, duties and other import fees that may be applicable. Please consult your local customs authority for information regarding the importation of goods.

Track & Trace

All orders we ship are shipped with a Track & Trace code, so that you can follow your ROOGS order. The Track & Trace will be shared within 24 hours after the shipment has left our warehouse. (please check your junk mail for the shipping confirmation mail)

No Delivery

If your order has not been delivered within reasonable terms, after receiving tracking information, please contact us (info@roogs.nl). We will contact PostNL and afterwards inform you. If PostNL gives us feedback that the item can not be delivered, we will ship out a new item. In case the carrier notices us that delivery is not possible at the address, we will ask for an alternative address or refund the full order.

Damaged Delivery

In the case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours. We might ask for photos of the damaged package and item. Mail info@roogs.nl with your order number, contact details and photos.

No Delivery - Return

If the shipment can't be delivered at the address, the order will automatically returned to our warehouse. We will contact you when this happens. We will offer to send out the item again. If the unsuccessful delivery is the result of incorrect information from the customer, we reserve the right to charge shipping costs.
